Saudi to let women ride bikes, buggies
 Arabianbusiness - By Courtney Trenwith - Saudi Arabia will lift a ban on women riding buggies and bicycles in public – as long as they are accompanied by a male relative, according to local Arabic daily Al Youm.
Bikes and buggies can only be used for recreational purposes and not as a means of transport, the newspaper quoted a source within the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, the kingdom's religious police, which was responsible for lifting the ban.

Authorities Blamed for Rape of Three-Year-Old Girl
 Farah Samti - Tunisia Live - The alleged rape of a three-year-old Tunisian girl in a suburban Tunis daycare center has sparked outrage against the Ministry of Women’s Affairs for failing to adequately patrol such facilities.
The mother of the infant, face blurred to protect her identity, appeared in a filmed interview posted by Assabahnews.tn on March 22 and claimed her daughter had returned from her La Marsa daycare center bleeding from her genitals.
