Saudization failure: What is the alternative?
Saudi Gazette - Abid Khazandar - Al-Riyadh newspaper - Labor Minister Adel Fakieh stated that there were about 8 million foreign workers in the Kingdom of which about 86 percent were employed in low-paying jobs that are not suitable for Saudis. This means that any effort or funds spent on the Saudization of these jobs would prove to be a waste.

Two million unemployed: What is the solution?
Saudi Gazette - Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Fuzan - Al-Riyadh newspaper - I read a recent statement by the Minister of Labor Adel Fakieh in which he said there were 2 million unemployed Saudis, 85 percent of them women. This means that the remaining 15 percent are men. If the minister’s figures are accurate, we have 300,000 unemployed Saudi men.
